White Cardamom

The cardamom used by PT NAI is currently located in Central Java, Indonesia. However, we also work with farmers spread across East Java and Sumatra. The Cardamom that we offer is known as Java Cardamom (Ammonum Compactum) with the specifications:

  1. Used as a food spice: cardamom gives a fragrant aroma, eliminates unpleasant odors in food. Cardamom is often used as a cooking spice in beef, goat and dishes typical of the Middle East, and countries in Asia.
  2. Used to maintain health: cardamom has a high level of antioxidants so it can cure chronic diseases, high blood pressure, digestive problems, infections, improve the quality of the lungs, liver, heart and mouth, reduce the risk of cancer and have antimicrobials to kill bacteria and mushrooms.
  3. Used as aromatherapy and traditional herbal medicine: cardamom is also widely used as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), or as a concoction for herbal medicinal herbs. Not only that, cardamom can be used as an aromatherapy with a characteristic mint flavor.

Cloves

The clove used by PT NAI is currently located in Central Java, Indonesia. However, we also work with farmers spread across East Java and Kalimantan. Clove specifications:

  1. Cloves are generally known as the raw material for making cigarettes: for the manufacture of cigarettes, cloves are used by using the bud and oil on the cloves.
  2. As a marinade for baking, enhancing the taste of drinks and the aroma of cakes: Cloves are also commonly used as a spice in food, especially in the Middle East and India. Cloves can be used as an ingredient in chicken, meat and for making curry.
  3. Cloves can also kill bacteria: Cloves have antibacterial properties so they can stop the growth of infection-causing bacteria and are able to kill E Coli bacteria.
  4. Used as a medicinal and health ingrident: Cloves also contain compounds to boost the immune system by increasing the number of white blood cells, cleansing toxins and being rich in microbes. cloves contain carbohydrates and fiber, then also manganese, vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, and magnesium, vitamin E. Cloves are useful for curing various diseases such as toothaches, lowering blood sugar levels, improving digestion, improving liver function, lowering cholesterol and many other health benefits. Cloves are also often used as traditional medicine by mashing them finely and then brewing them with hot water.
